TAA Cleveland is a volunteer-run community association. We take the privacy of our members and website visitors seriously, and we collect only the information we genuinely need to run the association and this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
If you contact us through the form on our contact page or by email, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use this information only to respond to you and, where relevant, to route your inquiry to the right volunteer. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
If you join the association, we keep the membership details you provide (name, address, contact preferences, and dues status) for as long as your membership is active, plus up to two years afterward for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are retained for a limited period. This site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties.
Comments and contributed content
If comments are enabled on a post, the information you enter in the comment form — including your IP address and browser user agent string — is collected to help with spam detection. Anything you post publicly on this site may be visible to other visitors, so please avoid sharing personal details in public comments.
